I’m passionate about running, health, travel, adventure and motivation. My mission is to be the guy to put a smile on a million faces.

I started running a little over a year ago with a half marathon goal, which quickly escalated to an aggressive goal of completing the New York Marathon in under 3:30 which I achieved.

I certainly got the running bug and have set my sights on running all six Abbott World Marathon Majors over the next 2.5 years. What I realised was that I wanted to run for something more than just the joy I get from running. I wanted a deeper purpose. This is what lead me to decide to run for a charity for the Virgin Money London Marathon.

The charity I chose is Norwood. Norwood is a 200-year-old leading charity supporting 7,000 vulnerable children and their families, children with special educational needs and people with learning disabilities. They employ over 1,250 staff and are supported by more than 750 volunteers.

Norwood is a meaningful charity to me because I have a true passion for children and have been touched by a number of children who have special educational needs or learning disabilities. I would do anything to help support these children and couldn’t think of a better way than to not only fundraise for the cause, but also raise awareness of the great work this well-established charity is doing.

In addition to helping these vulnerable children and their families…

My first 42 supporters will have 1 kilometre of my race dedicated to you. Your name will go on an armband I will wear for the duration of the Virgin Money London Marathon. You will be tagged in a pre and post race social media post and most importantly YOU will inspire me to keep pushing through the pain in that kilometre.

Any supporters donating >£250 will get exposure for their business on social media. I will post on both my personal Facebook page and Instagram account, promoting your business and thanking you for support.

Any supporters donating >£500 will get the same as >£250 AND I will also add your business logo to the shirt that I wear to run the Virgin Money London Marathon giving you potential exposure to an estimated 40,000 runners, 650,000 live spectators and extensive television coverage.

I really appreciate all your support and thank you for any donations.
